Prenatal Yoga can help you nurtire your body through the evolutionary process of pregnancy and is a wonderful way to put time aside for you and your baby. Bring two pillows and blankets for support diring poses.

Adult Karate

Respect, discipline and self confidence are three of life’s greatest tools and they are easier to say than to achieve…until now! Join instructors: 3rd Degree Black Belt, Mrs. Mary Treacy; and Black Belt, Brian Ciardullol from Eagle Academy of Martial Arts. Typical workouts include kicking, punching, and practical self-defense skills that are tailored to individual abilities. Uniforms and belt ranking are optional.

This program is formatted for those 50 and older who enjoy dances from all over the world and choreographed with easy flow movements even a beginner won’t have a problem following the calls from instructor Esther. Everyone needs a cardio, stretching, toning, and strengthing/lengthing muscle program, that is safe and easy but most of all that works. Stop looking you’ve found it!
