Dancing - Irish Style

Get a jump on summer fun by learning the Irish jig and other dance steps in this exciting class! Did I mention that having fun is a priority as we learn and/or improve techniques as well as enhancing your sense of coordination and experience a wee bit of Irish culture. This class is formatted for boys and girls. Instructor Christene says, “It’s a class you won’t want your children to miss”!

Kids First Sports – Volleyball Basics

The introduction of fundamental skills such as serving, bumping, setting, spiking, volleyball safety awareness, first step directional movements and sportsmanship will be covered in level one. Kids First instructors will devote approximately 50% of the time toward fundamental development and 50% will be dedicated to games.

Kids First Sports – Volleyball Intermediate

Spike It! A fun and instructional program that will prepare players to succeed in volleyball. Qualified coaches will plan strategic drills that will build upon the fundamentals learned in Volleyball Basics. A skills challenge and championship game will give participants real game experience.

Kids Do Hip Hop

Young Teens Rock Hip Hop

Hip Hop has taken America by storm! Hip Hop takes an unconventional approach to traditional dancing. Teens can begin to learn how to move like their favorite pop stars by registering for this program. (wear comfortable clothes and sneakers or jazz shoes preferred)

Youth Karate

Respect, discipline and self confidence are three of life’s greatest tools and they are easier to say than to achieve...until now! Join instructors: 4th Degree Black Belt, Mr. Bruce Finger; 3rd Degree Black Belt, Mrs. Mary Treacy; and 1st Degree Black Belt, Ms. Pamela Russell from Eagle Academy of Martial Arts. Typical workouts include kicking, punching, and practical self-defense skills that are tailored to individual’s abilities. Whether you are seeking better health, self-defense skills, or physical fitness, this course will meet your needs. Uniforms and belt ranking are optional.
