Day Time Name Description
Monday 12:30-1:30pm Body Shop Tighten up the aerobics and pump up the toning as your own body mechanic.
  5:30-6:30pm *Gentle Yoga Yoga the gentle yet effective way.
 
 
Wednesday 12:30-1:30pm Smokin' Tight Abs & Thighs Got problem areas in the abdominals and hips? We will work those areas until they scream "SMOKIN"!!!!!
  7:30-8:30pm *Energized Yoga This class turns it up a notch for yoga enthusiasts. Stimulates flexibility and an overall sense of well-being.
 
Thursday 12:30-1:30pm Happy Hour With the use of weighted bars we will work all the major muscles of the body.
  7:00-8:00pm *Belly Jam Belly dancing for beginners. Choreographed dances will be taught as you enhance body control and coordination.
  8:00-9:00pm *Elite Belly Jam This class moves you forward after completing Belly Jam. Advanced steps and props are introduced.
  9:00-9:45pm *Repertory Performance Are you in Elite Belly Jam? Would you like to get to a performer level? This class will perform 6 times per year.

All classes are subject to change.
