  5:30-6:30pm *Gentle Yoga Yoga the gentle yet effective way.
 
Tuesday 6:15 – 7:05am *Boot Camp A combination of cardiovascular conditioning strength training and motivation provided in a group setting for all fitness levels.
  12:30-1:30pm *Body Lift and Tone A variety of exercises and equipment will help you create that chiseled physique.
  4:45-5:45pm *Hatha Yoga Yoga can teach you how to revitalize your mind and body by reducing daily stress.
 
Wednesday 10:00 -10:45am *50 & Older Band Together For the mature adult that is looking to strengthen their body and build endurance.
  7:30-8:30pm *Body B-Energized This class turns it up a notch for yoga enthusiasts. Stimulates flexibility and an overall sense of well being.
 
Thursday 6:15 – 7:05am *Boot Camp A combination of cardiovascular conditioning strength training and motivation provided in a group setting for all fitness levels.

  7:00-8:00pm *Flirty & Fit Feel sensual, flirty and strong as you dance yourself fit.
 
Friday 10:30-11:30am *Zumba Gold Dance, fun and getting fit to Brazilian style variations of all familiar dances.  Choreographed for the 50 and older population.
  12:30-1:15pm *Cardio Interval
