Wednesday 12:00-1:00pm Hatha Yoga Revitalize your mind and body by reducing daily stress. Boost your energy levels with this ancient art.
  6:00-7:00pm Hatha Yoga Revitalize your mind and body by reducing daily stress. Boost your energy levels with this ancient art.
  7:30-8:30pm Body B-Energized Yoga A challenging twist to traditional yoga
 
Thursday 7:00 - 8:00pm Zumba High energy moves and dance combinations from all over the world is what Zumba offers. The music is motivating and allows it's participants to dance their worries away.
  11:45 - 12:30pm Zumba Lunchtime Zumba newbies and non-residents welcome. Join American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Certified Zumba Instructor Melanie Jordan and party yourself into shape.
