Who we are: The Oakbrook Terrace Park District is located at 1S325 Admore Ave. in Oakbrook Terrace. Camp takes place at Heritage Park with indoor activities inside the Heritage Center. Our summer camp is a place for children to create memories in an exciting and nurturing environment. The Oakbrook Terrace Park District camps offer children half and full-time camp options with new themes every week!
Who we need: The Super Star Summer Camp Director should have experience in a camp or school settings and have a strong interest in education, early childhood education, or parks and recreation. High school graduate (or equivalent) or at least three years of experience working with children required.
What you’ll do: The Super Star Summer Camp Director will facilitate day-to-day camp activities (including set-up and take-down) and supervise campers and staff every day. The Summer Camp Director is a seasonal employee, working approximately 40 hours a week.
What you’ll get: The starting pay for this position is $16.00/hour.
