The Villa Park Library has cancelled Tale's for Two's and Three's that was scheduled for May 11, Jun 8, Jul 13 and Aug 10 at 9:00am at the Heritage Center. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Have you thought about taking an active role in community government? Are you a resident of Oakbrook Terrace Park District? The Oakbrook Terrace Park District has two open Commissioner positions for the 2017 election cycle taking place April 4th, 2017. Park District Commissioners receive no compensation for their role, and are elected to a six year term. Candidates need to be U.S. Citizens, at least 18 years Old, registered voters and live within the boundaries of Oakbrook Terrace Park District for at least one year prior to running.

Oakbrook Terrace Park District to Close Lake View Nature Center to Daily Walk-in Visitors

The Oakbrook Terrace Park District notified its staff on May 10, 2016 of the impending close of its Lake View Nature Center located at 17W063 Hodges Rd in Oakbrook Terrace, on Friday June 3rd, 2016. In addition, it will be cancelling its community events for the remainder of the year due to restrictions in their 2016/2017 Budget.
