Lean and Mean Bootcamp
This is a class geared for all those looking to reach a totally body strength workout. This class is for all levels with easy-to-follow workouts aimed to strengthen every major muscle and to build your muscular endurance. It will use a variety of equipment and exercises to achieve these goals.

Mat Pilates is a Pilates training class that works to strengthen your abdominals, lower and upper back muscles, pelvic, hips, and glutes. In this class, you will hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscles and core strength, it provides the benefits of improved strength, posture, agility and flexibility, all without a Reformer!

Active Adults Sit N' Be Fit
