Facility Hours

The Fitness Center is opening with new, expanded hours to better meet your needs. Fitness Center hours are:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Weekend: Closed

Membership Pricing

Fitness Center memberships are now being offered at the competitive rate of $19.99 per month. Join now and take advantage of no enrollment fee! Daily passes are also available for $10 per day.


Come Exercise with Us!

30-minute Core Blast
In just 30 minutes you can work out all of your core muscles that you use every day! This class will combine a variety of exercises and stretches to build up strength in your core.

Power Zumba
Looking for a quick workout after your busy day? this 45-minute class fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body based workout. Zumba is a great mix of international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe!

Tabata
Tabata training is one of the most effective types of interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this class will provide what your are looking for.

Body Weight HIIT
This class is a high interval-based full-body strength and cardio training focused on short bursts of intense work. Moderate to high impact exercises focus on aerobic and anaerobic fitness for max results.

Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class will be a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. It will include many poses, stances, a flowing movement, and breathing techniques. This class is great for anyone who wants to experience multiple types of yoga!

Chair Workout
Come try our new Chair Workout Class! It includes exercise and stretches a chair that helps with stability and makes it easier on your body. This is a great way to ease into a healthier lifestyle and start your fitness journey!

Lean and Mean Bootcamp
This is a class geared for all those looking to reach a totally body strength workout. This class is for all levels with easy-to-follow workouts aimed to strengthen every major muscle and to build your muscular endurance. It will use a variety of equipment and exercises to achieve these goals.

Hatha Yoga
This class is great for everyone whether you are a beginner or have a lot of experience. Exercise your mind and body through the many different movements and positions. Hatha Yoga can improve your flexibility, strength, peace of mind, and much more.

Weight Training for Beginners
