IMRF Employee Cost & Participation Information
In 2019, the Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 101-0504. The law requires IMRF to post certain employer cost and participation information on its website. IMRF will update these reports annually.
- Employer Contribution Amounts: The amount of employer contributions each employer made from 1/1/1995 to present (searchable spreadsheet)
- Employer Contribution Rates: Each employer's contribution rates for the current year and one year after (searchable spreadsheet)
- Participating Employers: A list of all employers and the date each employer joined IMRF (searchable spreadsheet)
- Employer Resolutions: Required participation resolutions for employers that joined on or after 1/1/1995 (searchable PDF)
Public Act 101-0504 requires IMRF employers that have a website to include a link to this web page, no later than January 1, 2021.
Illinois Open Meetings Act Compensation Disclosure Package
The Oakbrook Terrace Park District must disclose certain total employee compensation package as required by the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120). The Act requires that (a) within six business days after a budget has been approved, Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund employers must post the total compensation package for each employee exceeding $75,000 per year and (b) at least six days before approving a total compensation package in excess of $150,000 per year. Total compensation package is considered to be salary, employer portion of health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), vehicle allowance, gasoline usage (prior year actual usage will be used as an estimate), housing allowance, loans, bonus, clothing allowance. The number of vacation or sick days to be granted or accrued during the next twelve months will be stated as well.
